Working closely with the client, Sisson Design Group provided design services for Li Plastic Surgery in Ontario, California. This was the second project that SDG has worked with Dr. Li. Contemporary spa-inspired elements were incorporated throughout as the client sought to provide his patients with a soothing and relaxing atmosphere. A path of stone and warm wood flooring greets guests and leads them to the softly curved glass-tile-faced reception desk. The signage wall creates a focal point with a brightly-lit wavy sculpted dry-wall panel. Glass and crystal pendant lighting sparkle like jewelry over the reception desk. The spa-like glass tiles on the reception desk are incorporated within the restroom where natural light leaks through a faux window where obscured rain-patterned glass is framed out over an existing building window. The calming blue and green colors contrasting with the warm cherry wood in the reception flow throughout the space, relaxing the atmosphere in the exam rooms.
